The Health Foundation welcomes a new Director of Analysis
Daniel Law will join in February 2026

The Health Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of Daniel Law as its new Director of Analysis.

Daniel is currently Deputy Director for Strategy at NHS England, a role he has held since 2022. He recently led analysis for the government’s 10 Year Health Plan and was secretariat lead for Lord Darzi’s Independent Investigation of the NHS, which was commissioned by the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care soon after the new Labour government came into office.

Prior to this, Daniel has held senior analytical roles across government. At the Department of Health and Social Care he was responsible for medicines analysis between 2017 and 2022. He has also led multidisciplinary analytical teams at the Ministry of Justice and Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport.

Daniel will join the Health Foundation in February 2026.
