Sharlene McGee joined the Health Foundation in May 2021 as a Policy Manager in the Healthy Lives team.
Sharlene’s work is focused on the links between economic inequalities and poor health outcomes. She leads on the team’s work considering the impact of business and the wider determinant of health.
Previously, Sharlene worked on policy campaigns seeking to build inclusive workplaces and address financial insecurity faced by disabled people and unpaid carers.
She has a postgraduate degree in human rights law with a focus on women’s rights.
